During a time like a chaotic flood, people must help each other. I am also glad to hear that Cotto designed an antibacterial laboratory for the Thai people. I think that this is so far the most convenient and innovative creation because it is simple to use. Every person should have a right to live, by John Locke. A person should have his/her basic necessities like adequate clean water. The interesting part of this invention is that no matter how deep the laboratory goes into the contaminated water, it will be protected.
The laboratory is placed on the oil drums and they have many of the laboratories placed. This is what keeps the laboratories floating. I like this idea since it will help many people in the flood use the bathroom and it is everyone's need.
